Indeed, our Salon @Home service is specifically designed for females, and our beauticians are exclusively female, with the exception of Makeup & Hairstyling, where we have male stylists available. Feel free to choose your preferred stylist in this category. 

1. Book your Salon @Home services online, customizing your services, selecting your preferred stylist or beautician, scheduling at your convenience, and receiving instant confirmation.
2. Upon payment and booking confirmation, you'll receive an appointment confirmation email. If you're a first-time customer, complete the Salon @Home Service Release Form online, including your service address. 

Creating a relaxing atmosphere is crucial for a spa-like experience that leaves your skin rejuvenated and your mind refreshed. Find a quiet, well-lit space in your home where we can comfortably perform your hair and beauty services. 

For Brazilian and Bikini waxing, please wash or shower before your appointment. We don't spell it out... you catch our drift. (In a pinch, wet wipes are a lifesaver!). You can definitely get a Brazilian waxing on your period. To ensure a more pleasant experience for you and your beautician, we suggest using a tampon and making sure the string is tucked in. 

If your single appointment services total S$100 or more, transportation charges are waived. Otherwise, a S$20 transportation fee will be added to your services total. Please note that for service areas in Tuas, Sentosa, or Jurong Island, a flat fee of S$30 applies, irrespective of the services total. 

Kindly be aware that the applicable transportation charges are not due at the time of booking. Instead, they will be collected upon completion of the service. You can conveniently settle the payment using PayNow Corporate with our Unique Entity Number (UEN).

Cancellation and re-schedule of appointments without incurring a fee is permitted up to 24 hours in advance through the online platform. After this timeframe clients must call 8612 1585 to cancel and re-schedule their appointment up to 3 hours before their appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. If the beautician is en route, the full service cost along with applicable transportation charges will be payable.

Such discrimination includes, but not limited to, refusing to provide or accept services based on any of these characteristics.

Clients or service providers found in violation of this prohibition will face service refusal or termination.
