GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Cards are available for all services except hair extension, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid as the validity stipulated. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Venetian Hair and Makeup cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. 

Our team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.  

LATE APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, so we allow for a 10-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can adjust our schedule. Please understand that if you are late beyond the grace period, we would treat your appointment as a walk-in and place it on the waiting list for the next available opening.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.

REFUNDS

While our policy does not include refunds once a service has been provided, our focus is on customer happiness. We believe in making things right for you and are dedicated to resolving any issues you may encounter with our services.

PRODUCTS REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Venetian Hair and Makeup. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. 

PACKAGES

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

All pricing subject to consultation. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

The Site will be kept as up-to-date as possible at all times however if product, treatment, location, results updates have been made since last update on Site some variations may occur in, although not limited to size, price, description, product results, design, packaging and availability.

Venetian Hair and Makeup will do its best to ensure that the website is available and functions correctly at all times, but we make no warranties as to the availability or accessibility of the website, and we will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the website.
